I always love a trip to Bridgeview. I usually drop past for lunch but today it was a coffee and cake visit and it was so enjoyable. The panoramic views from the restaurant are lovely. Today was a beautiful day and that made it more magical to look out to the beach. The staff are ALWAYS super friendly and personable. Always a happy customer. The restaurant can get very busy and there may be a wait but the buzzer system works well if you aren’t in a rush. Not a criticism just a consideration if you are a first time visitor.

some local people very pleasant, strange that we had a Xmas lunch and tea and mine pie included but only if you book but my wife tried to book and wasn't able to do so if its good when u book its good for all

Love popping in for something to eat as the food is lovely, the atmosphere is very pleasant and the service from the girls is amazing 😃

This place is like a zoo- and it's the adult guests who are louder and more irritating than the children. The millionaires shortbread was like chewing gum, and the coffee wasn't great either.
Staff were brilliant though and the only redeeming feature.

Food was great, but the bathroom door hook should have something soft or rubbery at the end of it , managed to really injure my head not noticing the hook , it's sharp and hard metal that cut my forehead and now I have a huge cut and bruise

We visited on Monday a bit later in the afternoon. The older staff were very helpful the younger ones seemed to be a bit more miserable. The food was great however and I would recommend this place to anybody

Bright and airy cafe with good service and diligent staff. I popped in for a brekkie and the staff were extremely careful with my lactose intolerance. The brekkie arrived promptly, was well cooked and presented. The size was just right too. £8.45 for a full veggie brekkie with coffee is good value too

No vegan options on the menu at all! 50p extra for oat milk. Waitress didn't know difference between Vegan and gluten free. Pathetic in this day and age. Had to sit there with a cup of tea while my family had lunch. Overpriced too.

Don't know if others got the same but usually places just visited unplaned ending up as a very good choices. That how it was with these restaurant when there only because needed to use toilet . Had feeling it must be good since we have to wait for a table. Service was amazing ,love the fact they support locals, discounts for pensioners and buying ingredients from local sellers. Food was amazing , delicious. Don't even have words for a dessert... pudding was so good .... absolutely love it
